By taking down a wall ajoining our formal dining room and kitchen we totally transformed our family space. The side door entry into the formal dining room was made into a much needed china closet that would have otherwise been an awkward niche. We look out the front at our amazing view daily and do not understand how it could have been designed any other way.

We interviewed four different contractors, and Mitch Bradford was the one who actually listened to what we needed from the job; he also had a tremendous amount of knowledge regarding our local building codes. Once work began, David Saunders was an amazing point person. He had people at our house every day. Our house is 65 years old, so lots of surprises popped up along the way, but the team was able to address all of our concerns. David was incredibly conscientious. Despite blizzards and floods, the remodel was completed within a few weeks of the estimated time. When we are ready to tackle another project, we will definitely call Saunders Bradford.

Saunders & Bradford did an amazing job of renovating our garage and building a recording studio. This was a different kind of project and they took all of the notes from our studio designer and followed the direction given them, while offering solutions to challenges that arose within the space. Very professional, highly motivated and finished the job on time!
