The Ridge Road residence began as a spec home that was completely rebuilt from the ground up. Saunders Bradford worked with the homeowners as they purchased the home during construction, customizing it fully through each stage of the building process. The home consists of five bedrooms and four bathrooms. The screen porch as upgraded with trimmed and painted features along with a large sliding glass door that was added to create an open line of sight and inviting access between the porch and the living room. Throughout the build, Saunders Bradford utilized quality materials and high end appliances to create a truly unforgettable custom space.
