The Cohn family had an existing wooden porch that was rotting and decided they wanted to tear it down and do an entire rebuild. “Our architect put the construction project out for bid to companies he felt were the right quality and saw Saunders Bradford as the best fit.” Their goal was to create a beautiful space that offered both an outdoor area as well as a screened-in area to enjoy. The Cohn’s were living at the house as the construction was taking place so they were involved with the project on a day-to-day basis. “Nick was great; he was just fantastic and very easy to work with. Our goal was to replace the original with something prettier and we felt that was accomplished and more.”
