The Mann’s wanted a custom lake home for their primary residence and retirement being that they still have kid’s in elementary and middle school. They purchased a new lot on a private gated lake near Mt. Laurel. They hired a plan designer to get them started but relied on Saunders Bradford to help them “fine tune” their wants within their budget.
